Socket Set Color
Care audio geniuses!! Help PLEASE?
Okay, so my friend and I were installing a cd player to my car, and we didn't know that you need two harnesses to attach them together; because thats not the way it was set up in his car.
The problem is, we cut the wires that were attached to the blue socket (the wires coming from the car) and we were trying to attach them to the cd player. Only later were we told that for a 2005 Honda Civic you're not supposed to do that, but buy another harness.
I would gladly just attach the wires back to the blue socket, but he cut it too close. Does anyone know which wires need to connect to which to solve this problem that we've worked with for 11 hours? lol!
PLEASE HELP.
Again, the wires DON'T connect color by color, they have different colors that need to be put together, if it helps, I can provide what are all the colors on the cd player, and what each color does, if that will help to get them to go together.
