Nac waranty will not pay out what should we do?
We have just spent the morning at car craft to try and find out whats wrong with our car. According to car craft the ABS ring on the passenger side had snapped. To fix it they would have to replace the drive shaft. The warranty states that the drive shaft is in fact covered but they are refusing to replace it as it is not technically at fault. When we called NAC they refused to talk to us about and were very rude. After looking on the internet regarding NAC and CARCRAFT i have found out quite a bit of infornation that i did not like just try and look into nac warranty on your google tool bar.
Try taking them to the small claims court, they will have to make a case or you will win by default.
