What are some ways to fix pulling?

Hi! Whenever I ride, I twist my upper body to the outside, pulling my out side rein along. My horse bucks, when I try to canter because of this. I'e tried holding the billete straps on the Saddle blancket, but NO LUCK! My hands were both pulling twoards the outside. It's really bad for my horse because she now has a tendency to lean to the outside, and come of the track, and buck when asking for the canter.... I have a show in a week? Any suggestions?

Twisting as much as you describe sounds out of the ordinary. I'm wondering if you have any mild physical problem that is contributing. Example - some people have one leg shorter than the other by an inch or so, and it makes them sit crooked in the saddle. One way or another, it probably doesn't really matter the cause, although if you knew you had a hip problem, or back problem or whatever it might make it easier to fix.
Do you twist/lean in other activities such as riding a bike? Driving a car? Jumping on a trampoline? Check that out.
If you were my student I'd put you in the saddle on a horse and really have a good look at what's going on while you stand still. I mean a REALLY GOOD look, it might take 10 minutes or more to go over you point by point as you sit there. What is going on to make you twist that bad? Perhaps a different saddle would make improve things. Perhaps adjusting the stirrups would help. Then I'd get you to walk and I'd see what happens then.
Honestly, I don't think showing is a problem for you. Leaning to the outside so much that you pull the horse off the rail and cause them to two track or buck shows that you aren't ready to show. You and your horse have to be able to work together comfortably and safely before showing, so why go any further? I know showing is fun, but there is a certain expectation that you are going to go there and at least fit in with the rest. If your horse bucks while others are in the show ring with it, then they are at risk of their horses bucking, too.
So I would honestly say - hold off on the shows for now. There are tons of shows in the future, solve this problem first and then you can go on with new things!
I also think that you can find ways to change bad habits if there is nothing physically stopping you. Get a really solid tree stand, put your saddle on the stand, and sit in it. Spend time in your saddle - I know people who put their saddle in front of the TV and sit in it for 1/2 hour at a time. Sit down, and go through the list - heels down, legs back, back straight, head up, arms at your side. You can even fasten a bridle to the front and hold the reins. MAKE your hands go in the correct position. In commercials practice turning your horse from the right to the left. I know this sounds silly, but it takes time to make new mental patterns in our habits, and you can put in time on your saddle without bugging your horse. If you can sit in the saddle on a tree without moving, and sit square and not twist, then you can do it on a horse without moving. Work at one small step at a time. Put a mirror in front of you if necessary. Then start back doing some real riding. Get a good feel for what it feels like when you do it right, and strive to do that all the time. I would suggest you go on the lunge line, or just in a round pen for now, so you don't have to worry about directing your horse, but just sitting properly and holding the reins correctly. Your horse will thank you for it. I think that if you are commited, and don't try to rush things, you will slowly solve this problem. But continue with a good teacher, work at home in the saddle tree, and don't rush things when you aren't ready.
