Are canned vegetables and fruits organic?
I want to start eating more organic fresh veggies and fruit because I want to stop putting pesticides in my body each time I eat an apple or spniach....but my mom can't really afford to buy fresh organic veggies and fruit so right now I'm trying to drink a glass of V8 vegetable juice everyday, and have at least one piece of fruit a day. I also try to eat veggies (usually cooked) with my other meals.
so since canned veggies are cheaper, is it possible to buy them organic?
Organic is always going to be more expensive. But I have seen canned organic stuff.
