Why can't I get my battery operated socks to work?
I ordered some battery operated socks off ebay. They were several years old but brand new. Still in the original package and never used In great shape. I inserted the D cell batteries as the brief directions stated-They are to be put in upside down.I tried several brand new batteries but they don't seem to be warming. The large D cell battery hardly fits in the battery holder. Do I need to put the socks on to feel the warmth. Suggestions Please
Check the connections. If the socks are old some of the wires might be corroded.
