Hoist Block Tackle

how to lift 200kg manhole cover by one person?
I need to service the sump pump in my huge concrete manhole in front yard because its cover weights about 200kg.
and neither the plumber I used.. Even two of us together can not lift it.
there is no possibility to use hoist lifter or crane . there are some manhole lifters on internet, but they seem not suitable for me.
I once planned to set up a lift tripod and a block and tackle,
but even that did, I still can not put away the cover , to let the plumber go down to the pump.
. please give some advice. much appreciated.
thank all of you for these inputs:
1) I once tried lever and used the rim as a fulcrum
but, the rim broke.
2) as to HI-lift jack, I will try,
but wander I need a solid foundation to put the hi-lift on, otherwise it will topple, isn't it? (the manhole is among the lawn!)
.
Depending on what you want to spend and how you want to spend it - as for future use, the most modest solution is to get a thick plywood panel or two planks and buy casters to make a dolly or buy a dolly that will take the 200kg. Buy a bottle jack - which is a manual hydraulic jack which is small sizes can live 3 to 10 tons. Buy or make a beam - you might be able to buy a truss using in house construction or I would buy two 2x10's about 10 feet long and screw and glue them to a T shape. Get several concrete blocks or sections of square wood post.
On one side of the hole use blocks to erect a column about a foot high - you may need a wide plank under this. On the other side of the hole, lay down the plywood/planks to make a roadway for the dolly. On the dolly, place the bottle jack. Across the hole place the truss or T beam. Using change or cable, fasten the beam to the lid. Jack the end of the beam above the dolly up to lift the lid. You may have to use blocks to support the beam on the dolly while you lower the jack, put a block under it and jack again, because the bottle jack has limited lift. When you have the lid high enough to clear, roll the dolly on the track pivoting around the block tower to swing the lid out of the way. When done, roll the dolly back and lower the lid.
If you need to lift a distance even moderately often, buy a high lift jack which can lift or pull. It looks like this http://www.shopwiki.com/_48%22+Hi-lift+Jack+Premiumcasting+%26+S?s=213734&o=312521914& and will hoist 4 to 7000 pounds depending on the model.
