Bonsai starter kit help...?

I want to buy a bonsai starter kit that can let me grow my own tree. I'm looking for something that includes seeds, pot, soil, and a few tools for around $40. Any suggestions on where I can find this?

There is no such thing as "bonsai seeds". Bonsais are just normal trees, kept small by trimming and correct potting.
