Bent Nose Snap
Just a Pulled Muscle?
Ok so 2 days ago me and my friends were goofing off a bit and i decided to do a turn into splits. I am normally very flexible, and can do the splits all the way down flat without strecthing or straining myself. However when i when down something made a snapping nose in my leg, and now it's painful to walk, bend my knees, put weight on it. I know it sounds like a normal muscle pull but it is a much sharper pain, like a knife in my leg. Is it just a muscle strain?
It can be a muscle strain but you can consult to the doctor if you have so much pain..
