Air Siphon Pump
2001 ford taurus whining while steering and hard to turn?
after this started to happen i had siphoned the power steering fluid and refilled it because it had bubbled and squirted out of the cap and then drove it for 20 minutes it got better but didn't stop thought i had air in it. now im wondering if its the pump its ok then gets worse as i drive its only hard to turn when i stop then go im thinking its the rack what do you think.
its the pump or rack, only way to tell is to take it into the shop
